Accounts
You may need to register an account. You are responsible for the security of your credentials and all activity under your account.
User Content and AI-Generated Outputs
You retain ownership of inputs you provide ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Sumhuman AI LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, store, process, and display it as necessary to provide, maintain, and improve the Service (including for AI model training and fine-tuning, unless you opt out via available settings).
AI-generated outputs are provided "as is." We make no representations regarding their accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and using outputs. Do not rely on outputs for professional advice (e.g., legal, medical, financial).
Intellectual Property
The Service, underlying AI models, technology, and outputs (excluding your User Content) are owned by Sumhuman AI LLC or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use outputs for your internal business or personal purposes, subject to these Terms.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: misuse the Service for illegal activities, generate infringing or harmful content, reverse engineer, scrape, or build competing products; overload systems; or violate third-party rights.
Payments
Subscriptions or fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Auto-renewal applies unless canceled.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations. You may terminate by closing your account.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to amounts paid by you in the prior 12 months (or $100 if none).
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Sumhuman AI LLC against claims arising from your User Content, use of the Service, or violations of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of laws. Disputes shall be resolved via binding arbitration (e.g., AAA) with class action waiver.
Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
